"Industrious Islanders"
Coupeville – The Island County Historical Museum announces the opening
of its new exhibit, “Industrious Islanders”. The new exhibit opens Tuesday,
June 1, and features various
“industry” of Island County life, from Woolly Mammoth hunting, to
telecommunications. Some of the featured displays in the exhibit include an
interactive telephone exhibit, antique printing press and early Island County
Times editions, doctors, pharmacists, and midwives, and more.
