A Particular Eye : Jimmie Jean Cook

An new exhibit at the Coupeville Museum honoring the life and legacy of Jimmie Jean Cook, whose passion for historic preservation and community involvement can still be felt today. This exhibit aims to empower all generations by encouraging them to get involved in their community and to advocate for causes they believe in.

Opening Reception:

February 13, 2026, 4-6PM

Join us for a grand opening reception featuring the live premiere of a short documentary and a special honoring by Lynn Hyde, all celebrating the life and work of Jimmie Jean Cook. Her nephew Ken House will be in attendance as well. Refreshments will be served.
