Memorial Day Heritage Tour with local historians Lee James and Patrick Hussey

Join us to learn the stories of some of the “second wave” of early settlers of Whidbey Island, Whidbey Island Sea Captains, and local Indigenous People. A special hour-long tour will illuminate why this place of peace ranks high among Washington’s most important territorial burial grounds.

The tour will follow a 1PM Flag ceremony by the American Legion Post 129 VFW and The Fleet Reserve.
